All players  need to bring the following items to every practice session:
RUNNING SHOES
CLEATS
SHIN GUARDS(no shin / no practice-unexcused)
WATER

ALL PLAYERS MUST CONTACT BOTH COACHES PRIOR TO MISSING ANY PRACTICES.

All excused practices must be made up with additional running at the next session(s) attended. Two miles for each practice missed.

Any unexcused absents - skip a training session or fail to notify both coaches prior to missing a training session will result in additional running(4 miles) at the next session attended. Welcome to being an ADULT.
